User Survey Design + Analysis

In order to understand what made our experimental service valuable to our users, we sent a bit.ly link to a customer survey at the end of each user's first text conversation. 

This survey allowed us to understand why customers valued text as a medium for style-advice delivery and opportunities for service enhancements.

Remote User Interviews > 

I designed and conducted six, remote interviews with our most extreme users in order to further understand the appeal and ideal use cases of Nordstrom Pocket Style to key target customer segments.
